Foal recording application - required for all colts AND all horses / ponies under 2 years of age with GREY, ROAN, APPALOOSA, PALOUSE, UNKNOWN or UNPROVEN parentage must be foal recorded. All others may be permanently registered from birth |

$20 (will be deducted from permanent registration when permanently registered) |

$50 - $30 if previously foal recorded |

Permanent registration - entires 2 years of age and over (all entires under 2 years of age are required to be foal recorded up until 2 years of age)
