Please note - we now record all microchip information on registration certificates as it is part of a horse's identity just like brands, markings etc. A copy of the MC certificate issued when the horse was microchipped must be attached to the application for registration / foal recording.
If you are not yet a member you will require
- a copy of the fee schedule,
- a membership application,
- either an application for permanent registration form (please check regulations) OR
- a foal recording form (again please check regulations to determine whether or not your horse or pony must be FR).
- Hair collection verification form & DNA kit if your horse or pony is a black or brown buckskin or a Silver & requires DNA testing.
WE DO NOT HAVE CREDIT CARD, EFTPOS OR DIRECT DEBIT FACILITIES SO ALL PAYMENTS ARE REQUIRED BY CHEQUE, MONEY ORDER OR CASH.
Please note that some of these forms contain diagrams and could take a few minutes to download.
All horses and ponies being presented for registration as black or brown buckskins and which DO NOT have double cream dilute parentage or which HAVE NOT produced a) double cream dilute progeny or b) single cream dilute progeny from non-dilute partners are required to be DNA'd for the cream factor.
